How to book your picnic
Choose your package
Step 1:
Begin by filling out your contact form. It's important for us to know your preferred date, time, location, occasion, guest count, and color/style preferences. We require at least 1 week notice for bookings. It takes time for us to put together a picnic design and to order the best florals, so the sooner you reach out the better! For weekend requests, we recommend to book 3 weeks in advance because those dates fill up quickly. Reservations can be made up to 3 months in advance.
Step 2:
Book your date
Full payment is required to secure your booking. 50% of the booking fee is non-refundable. If your picnic needs to be cancelled or rescheduled for any reason (rain or shine) we can return 50% of your total. Our promise to you, we’ll accommodate your needs to reschedule for another sunny day or set up indoors for a cozy picnic experience. We also require a credit card to hold on file in case of lateness or damages.
Step 3: We prepare your picnic
We take your color and style preferences that you filled out on the form (along with any inspirational photos you send) to create your bespoke picnic. We select all the materials from our in-house inventory and order florals from our trusted local florists. We do require a location to be within 50 yds of vehicle access. Currently, we are serving picnics throughout the Bay Area, More Cities in NorCal are available Contact us if you have concerns about your picnic place. Thank you for trusting our creativity and design, we hope to amaze you with your customized picnic!
Step 4:
Review our guidelines + reminders
We will send you a brochure highlighting our picnic guidelines and reminders. Please review this prior to your picnic and feel free to ask any questions leading up to your picnic. We always do our best to choose an open spot that has the most privacy and ideal scenery in public places.
Picnic day!
Step 5:
We look forward to setting up for you! A picnic stylist will be waiting at your picnic for your arrival. Please arrive on time to avoid any surcharges. Once you arrive, our picnic stylist will briefly greet you then leave you to enjoy your time. We do not stay on site during your picnic. If for any reason you want to leave before your reservation ends, you must give us a 30 minute text/call notice. Please do not leave our picnic items unattended, otherwise a surcharge will incur.
